Shipping Policies

We use UPS for shipping

Everything is hand made for you when your order is placed. Orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Should you wish to add to your order, please place a new one.

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers, our goal is to ship all orders in a timely manner. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, I try my best to notify you by email.
 
Note: While we work 6 days a week to achieve our goal, during our peak holiday times, or inclement weather, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our goods.
If there is damaged due to my negligence or a missing item, I will replace that product to you or refund for the item.
We do not do backorders! If an item is out of stock, I will contact you to substitute or refund.
Please call your credit card information in as soon as possible when not using Paypal. 
Your order will NOT be processed until payment is made.
